Hi I'm Tom Stickney and today I want to talk to you about the full swing and how to set it up effectively. Whenever people set upthey put themselves in a position where they can make and allow good things to occur whenever you get set up incorrectly. You put yourself in a condition where bad things can occur. So I like to use a set up to enhance things we do well. So obviously that was going to be somewhere between the center of our sternum to our left arm pit depending on the club we are using, the longer the club gets the more forward the ball becomes. So with this driver I'm going to have a little bit more towards my left heel. The stance width is going to be a little bit wider to provide some stability so I don't jiggle around too much. My knees or be a little bit flexed obviously my V's on my grip goes somewhere around here on the right side and then the only other thing I want to focus it on is making sure my spine is tilted a little bit to the right of center as you see right here.

Whenever my spine is to straight up and down the shoulders tend to open. Whenever the spine is too much straight up and down it can cause us to have a reverse weight shift. Whenever we put ourselves in a condition as you see right here and now it probably was a way to go with your right side we would make a good transition in work down to impact. So you're set up is vitally important to make sure that you could do what you are capable of this front angle set up is huge because if you get yourself in this condition you can get your weight to move back and forth correctly and you could have a decent pivot and remember when you have a decent pivot the club shaft action will tend to be more effective so set up correctly and you will have a lot more fun.
