- I would like to watch the videos on my mobile device. --> Open golf-info-guide.com in your phone's browser.

- I am experiencing pausing during video playback: This may be due to a slow internet connection. First, check your download speed here: http: // www.speedtest.net/ If your download speed is not at least 10 or 20 Mbps, then you should contact your provider to update your plan. If your speed is steady above 20 Mbps, then it could be that more applications are running on your device than what your RAM can handle.

- I would like to cancel my membership: If you are logged in, click the corresponding "Action" button above.

- I was double charged. --> This would occur if you signup up twice, with two different emails that do not exactly match. Sign in with the email you no longer want to use, and cancel that membership.
