One of the most important factors in the whole swing is the body and how it moves. It has a real great influence on your success rate on hitting a good golf shot and getting the right outcome. And we need to understand that the body has to rotate. It will move fractionally from side to side, but in the main it will rotate and we've got up understand then how it's going to rotate.

So from this point here, if I was just to rotate, we would see something like this. So if we look at the lower body first, you can see if I to put the shaft there. If I rotate the hips, that's what I want to try and see I want to try and see that sort of 45 degrees of hip rotation. If I put the shaft here just on the very top of my shoulders and I rotate the same and I want to feel that my shoulders are rotated more of 90 degrees in that circle, that's all well and good because I'm stood up tall.
