It's really important if you're going to be consistent with your ball striking that you match up your rotations. We've all heard about rotation but what does that mean? Well basically when you swing a golf club where they like it or not you swinging your arms and turning your body and you've got to synchronize those 2 things together, but think about it where the club head is the club has got a long longways to travel 18 20 feet or so where the body's only rotating you know 12 inches so back and through. So the body is not covering the same amount of space that the club head traveling and the club that's got to travel a lot quicker to arrive here at the same time. Now if you're old enough to remember record players and records this year I want you to visualize it if you remember an old L.P. Record played I think 78 R.P.M. is what you've got to imagine if you were playing a record on a record player and you had some tip X, and you put that on the outside of the record a little bit on the paper and a little bit on the middle and played that record all those dots would go down together they're going around at the same revolutions per minute the same rpm.

So they're all moving in time correctly and that's what I'd like you to imagine with a golf club that you want the club head your hands and the middle of your body all working together that's getting your rotation right and you're getting the timing correct with this as you're coming down into impact and other visualization is at the end of the handle and your belt buckle are going to travel together through impact. That means they're matching up the rotations of my body with the swinging of my arms what I'm trying to avoid is my arms going quicker than my body from our rotation out running the club. I'm really going to match the 2 things properly we can do that we've got a chance we're going to get this working together. So let's give it a go so now I'm gonna try and think of the club head my hands and body all working at the same time if I do that the rotation is going to be good.
