Striking a golf ball is one of the most important parts of the whole game. Miss striking it is one of the biggest frustrations. Most golfers they'll miss strike a lot of shots here at the bottom of the golf club, hitting it thin. So bottom couple of grooves not taking any ground, or if you do take ground, it will be before the ball. Um, and one of the biggest reasons is you're trying to help the golf ball off the ground.

We're taught from a very age, a very young age when something's on the ground, we need to pick it up. We need to help it up and we take that logic into golf it's a disaster. Because what happens is when we try and help the golf ball off the ground, we start to move the club this way, and if you look here, if I leave the club on the ground and then move my hands in this help in manner, you can see how I move in the club away from the ground.
