Keep Your Fairway Wood Head at Low Point Before Impact by Tom Stickney Tom Stickney - A Top 100 Golf Teacher Tom Stickney – A Top 100 Golf Teacher

Hi I'm Tom Stickney Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor and I want to show you something that is very very interesting as we look at Justin Leonard your hidden 3 woods one thing you can see is I've made a little more here where the golf ball is addressed. As Justin moves down you can see weight moves forward club descends descends boom stays low the ground goes back up. What you can see that so wonderful is look how long Justin keeps the club moving lower the ground and what happens is when you have that club moving low to the ground coming through it's going to cause you to be able to hit a lot of solid shots.

A lot of times people try to help clubs up in the air and when you do that it's really difficult to do if you're capable of and you can see I've drawn his angle of attack right here and if we go back you can see here's a golf ball. So I will mark that again and what you're going to see is he does a great job at making sure that his low point is through and beyond the golf ball and that's up to viewers back home if you need to work on making sure that is you come down the club descends descends flattens out hits a golf ball it stays low to the ground post impact and if you can do this if you keep the club on the ground long after the golf balls gone with those woods you're going to be a lot more successful. So take it from Justin that's a heck of a move right there down through.
