Irons To Low Swing Fault by Tom Stickney Tom Stickney - A Top 100 Golf Teacher Tom Stickney – A Top 100 Golf Teacher

Hi I'm Tom Stickney Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor and today I want to talk to you about hitting your irons too low. A lot of times what people will do is they tend to lean into their iron and get their head way out of it. When that happens the ball hits a come out too low and flat and look like this. When you get out in front of it it's very difficult for you to stop the ball the greens it's very difficult for you control your distances.

So what I want to do if you are hitting the ball too low is getting the feeling of keeping your head behind the golf ball, and if I get the ball of your get up there and go. So I want you feel like you keep your head behind the golf ball at impact don't chase out behind it because that will cause it to go too low so head behind it when you do that the ball is going to have the correct trajectory.
