In this week's tip I want to talk to you about a very important concept called drawing your wedges. As you look at the green most greens are pitched from back to front. So that means that if we move the ball in from the right to the left we're going to leave ourselves under the hole with an uphill right to left putt. Now why is that so important that is the putt statistically that right handers make more often than not. So whenever I have the right look and the right green complex I want to make sure that I move the ball in from right to left. So how we're going to do that we're going to set up with a golf ball just like we would normally and all I'm going to do his own to make a more in to out type of golf swing, and just let the hands kind of relax and what's going to happen is that both will start out to the right it's going to apex and it's going to fall back to the left.

Now when it hits the green it's going to spin leftward. Well that means if I start out to the right it's spinning towards the hole and that's a very good thing to have. So remember if we move it right to left we're always going to have an uphill right to left putt which is the easiest one for us to make as well as when it hits the green. We know it's going to spin towards the hole so let's give it a whirl and see what we do. So we're in a little bit more the right and we're going to swing a little bit more from the in to out, and you can see that balls work a little bit right to left hits the green and it's going to spin a little bit more towards the hole. So remember drawing your wedges is very very important yes it's a little bit more advanced concept, but I promise you it will save you a lot of shots and give you a lot of birdies.
