In this week's tip I want to talk to you about how to punch the ball out of trouble. As you can see I've got some low hanging limbs I am way over here off the fairway some where got a terrible lie but the green is just right there. All I have to do is just get it over this bunker below these limbs and I can chase it up on the green. So how we're going to do that the 1st thing we're going to do is going to make sure that we have enough club that we clear the bunker but not too much we hit the limbs. Second thing I want to do is put the ball back in my stance I'm going to lean left just a little bit and then all I'm going to do is just hit a little punch shot. So we put the ball back in my stance in my hands a ways forward and make my little punch swing, and there we go ball lands a little bit short scampers up there and what do you know I've got a putt for birdie. So remember choose the right club the ball back and the weight forward make that little punch swing and you'll get out of the rough under the trees over the bank or through the woods to grandmother's house you go and you'll be a lot better.
