In this week's tip I want to talk to you about chipping and some of the flaws I see when it comes to using your putting stroke or using your wrists. All too often I see the people get in here they're going to chip and they go and they use their wrist that causes the ball to jump up in the air causes it to tend to go to the left and it doesn't have a lot of distance control or consistency. We always want to make sure when we chip that we use our putting stroke, and when we use our putting stroke that type of feeling right there.

You're going to find that the ball's going to come off more consistently and when it comes off more consistently then what we're going to know is how far it's club goes. Like I have a 9 iron right here and you can see that that's out of the reach of this particular pin, but if I use my putting stroke feel and I use my 9 it's going to go that same distance every single time. So now I know I just need to change clubs as opposed to do a different type of feel or hit a different type of shot. So remember on chipping use your putting stroke don't use your wrists and you can have a lot more chances to make par.
