In this weeks tip I want to talk to you about the Y-chipping style. This shot can be used at the edge of the green to about 10 feet off the green it's a very very simple shot, and one that you but can become very professional very quickly and make a lot of birdies and pars when you are expecting to do much worse. Were going to place the ball in line with our right toe. All our weight is anchored forward and we're to push our hands and club forward to form this lower case Y. between my hands on in the club.

All I'm going to do here is use my putting stroke and keep my Y. intact when I keep the Y. intact the ball is going to come off low. It's going to start to run and it's going to have a very very predictable finish position based on the club I'm using. So here we go ball in line with the right toe. Hands and weight push forward and we're going to use our putting stroke, and you can see my Y. stayed intact, and when the Y. stays intact Obviously the ball comes off very low it starts to run and it leaves us with an easy putt to make par or birdie.
