Hi I am Golfing Magazine Top 100 instructor Tom Stickney and today in our Trackman educational series I want to talk to you about the bottom row of number that you will see here. Club head speed, ball speed, smash factor, spin rate, dynamic loft, launch angle, carry height, landing angle, and total. Basically these are my club hitting numbers of I hit just a little quick little sample shot right here.

What you're going to see is those numbers going to come up all right. Now each of those numbers are very very important for making sure that we control how the ball reacts when it hits the ground. Obviously we want to have clubhead speeds that are is fast as possible within reason we want to have ball speeds up are that maximize our efficiency all theclub head speed in the world doesn't mean a thing if you can't convert it into ball speed.
