When it comes to irons shots this goes across the board. I've got one of my mid irons here, six iron, but my, my mindset is that it's more important that you hit the ground than it is you hit the golf ball. I'm going to say that again cause that sounds like I'm out of my mind. It's more important that you hit the ground than it is that you hit the golf ball, but you must hit the ground in the correct spot.
That spot is I'm going to place this tee on the ground here is around about there target side of the ball. Yeah, So to make sure that I get the contact where I need it to be, I must take the setup in the right ways. So ball positions in the right place. So with my mid irons, I'm going to be a one third, two third with the stance. I would say from six I and five iron, even going into your long iron, four iron, you can play the ball position from around here.
