Divots Exit Right Will Solve Slice Fault by Tom Stickney Tom Stickney - A Top 100 Golf Teacher Tom Stickney – A Top 100 Golf Teacher

Hi I'm Tom Stickney Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor and today in our slice fix it deals with the path we want to talk about how to make sure that you come more from the inside. A lot of times people tend to have the club to go out to in the divots will exit to the left. So how do you remind your body that you have to have the club come or from the inside? Well what I tell people to do is take an iron could take a couple practices swings and make divots go into right field obviously when you're making divots going into right field that's radically different then grabbing a driver and going like this.

So what you're going to find is after you make a few divots into right field and you get that feeling grab your driver see if you can take a swing with that same sort of motion. When you come from the inside the ball to start more to the right and you're going to feel the club exit this way as opposed to coming down across the ball this way. So remember when you are working on your path you see those divots exiting left stop grab an iron make a few practice swings make divots into right field take that same feeling try to apply it to your driver and you will fix that over the top swing path with your driver I promise.
