One of the most overlooked areas when it comes to putting is the setup. Poor putting setup is massively responsible for not holing putts. For not being able to control your distance for not being able to spot the ball on line. We see loads of toe down, heel off the ground, heel down toe off the ground. So it's really important that we get the putter in a position where we can hit the middle of the face. So the first thing that you have to do is you have to place the sole of the putter on the ground. So you can see from there, I now need to be stood more this angle. I can't be really close in I can't be here because I need the putter to be sold so I can hit the middle of the face and the sweet spot and strike the ball as best I can. So my setup has to be created around this angle.
