One of the great things that we do when we watch golf on the TV is we see the golf club move around the body in some really interesting ways. And some of those ways we could look at as reference points or positions if we were to freeze frame them. So I just want to take a couple of minutes to take you through a few of those reference points so that when you're watching the golf, and maybe when you record some of your swings, you can have a look and see how close you're getting to be an in a pretty good place.
So when we want to take a look at it here, first of all, from the face on angle, so I've got mid iron in here. So you can see ball position is fractionally forward of my sternum. So you can see the, at this reference point number one, that my pressure's a little bit onto the left side. My hands are slightly forward on the natural angle at the shaft is coming out of the head and we are ready to start.
