Hi I'm Tom Stickney Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor and today I want to talk to you about moving the golf ball. We all have days when we get out here and we hit some shots of our normal ball flight isn't quite working. It might be moving a bit too much left it might be moving a little bit too much to the right will it stand up panicking let me give you a way to kind of audit that and change that just a little bit without you having to do anything to your golf swing.
If you want the ball to the go a little bit more to the left very simply turn your clubface in just a little bit if you turn your clubface in just a little bit it will be much easier for you to return that clubface into a more shut condition where the ball leaves the blade and the ball tends to exit to the left. Consequently, if you want to go a little more to the right all I would do very simply I get my ball here. Is I'd open the clubface just a little bit and that ball will tend to go a little bit more to the right. So remember if you're A game swing is not working before you start making a bunch of swing adjustments just open the blade close the blade you know kind of mess around with a little bit and you'll find that you'll be able to control that ball flight once and for all.
