Hi I am Tom Stickney Golfing Magazine Top 100 instructor and today I want to talk to you in our Trackman educational series about angle of attack. You're an angle of attack measures very simply are you hitting down on the golf ball or are you hitting level with the golf ball or even up on the golf ball. Now we know that because all our shots except the driver are off the ground we know the angle of attacks should be downward on everything but the driver in a perfect world.

Now the angle of attack on your shortest clubs is going to be some where around 4 5 and your angle of attack on your mid irons is going to be somewhere around the 3. Your angle of attack on your hybrids and fairway woods is going to be somewhere around a one. So all those angle of attacks are downward it is very important that you understand that because you're angle of attack helps to control your low point.
