Troubleshooting - Pushes Blocks by Tom Stickney Tom Stickney - A Top 100 Golf Teacher Tom Stickney – A Top 100 Golf Teacher

Hi I'm Tom Stickney Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor and today I want to talk to you about the push. Shots that just start dead right and never come back. Usually what happens when you push the golf ball is that your hips run out from under you leaving the hands arms and club behind you and the blade is open.

When the blade is open the path is going to get it out the ball to has to go to the right might cut a little bit might hook a little bit but for the most part is just kind of goes dead right. So the the look would be would be the hips running out from under you leaving the upper body behind. To stop the pushes all you want to do is make sure that your arms hands and clubs work together everything must work in unison. If one piece beats the other you're going to have a lot of trouble.
