One thing that is often noted with the worlds best players is that they hold a balanced follow-through position after they have hit the shot. Now then ladies and gents Matt tells me that this is going to be the Flamingo drill. Yeah, well I don't have a clue but I'm here to learn as much as your hear to learn ladies and gents. So this tip is about better balance now I know that when I see a good player hit the golf ball they always look in balance. In balance from the start of the swing particularly in balance throughout into the finish position of the golf swing so Matt is going to lead us through an explanation of how we can improve our balance with the Flamingo drill.
the Flamingo drill you're going to Pete this is going to be your favorite drill by the end of the day so consider this is it massive. So first thing is is we're talking about balance a lot of it comes from posture and set up if we've got poor balance in sets up we're going to be moving all over the space as we're going through and I'm going to struggle to get your balance finish anyway. So as you can see here I've got an alignment cane down on the floor what we're going to use this for is to find out where the weight is in our feet so if you imagine taking your address here we'd build our posture and we've got ourselves in now.
