Right, we are going to talk about the correct spine tilt here, what is the correct position of the spine. It's a lot easier than you think, but unfortunately it's a position that golfers don't tend to get themselves into. I will put my club in this position here, you can see it's at a nice 45 degree angle and that’s the position that your spine should be. So if I set myself upto the ball and I push my bottom out, so I am pushing my hips backwards and I just flex my knee slightly, you can see that my backbone has got a nice diagonal position here. It's a nice tilt of the spine, I'm not up here and I'm not down here, a nice tilt. And this is absolutely crucial because the question is what should the angle be, well here we have it, it's as simple as that.

And by getting the backbone this position here will enable us now to actually rotate around the axle, which is that spine, which should allow me to go, pivot around here back to the wall and pivot around here. So very, very simple, it's a very, very simple tip, there is the answer, that is your backbone there. Get yourself in front of a patio door or window, a mirror, a video camera, a mobile phone, and ask yourself, or just look in the mirror. And say yeah, that’s good and from that position, we just maintain, maintain the same angle. So go away and work on it, it's as simple as that, but it brings a lot of control back into your golf swing. So think about the tilt, it is so vital.
