Okay, so we are going to talk about the stack and tilt swing here. This is something that I do not recommend for any golfer, never mind the senior golfers, but I am going to tell you what it’s all about anyway. It’s probably one of the most complex swings I have ever come across here and this is why I am not in favor for anybody trying it. It goes against the grain of what a swing is. We start off with the weight 55% on this left hand side. We are stacking that weight here. And basically when we swing the club back, and we start down, we start to transfer that weight to 60-65, 70-75, 80%. So we are almost literally like this impact.

So you can just imagine what's going to happen, if you don’t, if you might sustain on your feet, that is, because you might fall over. And as you come down, everything is stacked on this left hand side here, just as, you will most probably hit the ground behind the ball or the top of the ball, because you are coming in so steep now. It’s a bit like a reverse pivot, but your reverse pivot is as you are coming to hit this ball. So remember, I am not going to spend much time on this one at all. The weight is all over here impact, you are right on your left hand side and you hit the ball. Really, this is not for you, it’s not for me, if you wanted to do it, you have got the knowledge, it’s 55% of your weight on the left side. And as you come down with the club, 65-75, 80, if they keep on your feet, good luck, but it’s not for me and I wouldn’t recommend it for you.
