Okay, we're going to talk about the Correct Takeaway so, so vital. There's different parts of the swing, but let's be quite honest here. If we take the club away, we're taking the weight incorrectly. What hope have we got to have the top of the backswing or even more important on the way down, very, very little. So the takeaway so, so vital so let's work on this. Let's talk about what we need to do in this takeaway. Once you got yourself setup to the ball, we got to focus on the club head, the shaft, the hound, the arm, and the shoulder. And it’s the shoulder that takes the club away. So from here the shoulder will push the club away. The left arm wouldn't say nice and straight.

As we get to the bottom, so at this point here the left wrist will start to hinge and you turn your shoulders, okay. So you can see here I've got into a nice shoulder position here. Left arm is still nice and straight and the wrist is hinged and it all just came about through here. Now remember we're talking about the takeaway. Don't let down swing of the follow through and from here left shoulder let's do it again. Okay, that's the bad one is it? Look at the arm. They take over terrible position. Let's do the right one. Watch this shoulder. Watch this arm. We'll look at this extension from here. Look at the difference. Look at one piece swinging, and from here the wrist of the hinging as you turn the shoulders. The weight is back here. That is the correct takeaway. Remember we're focusing on that so it's not the wrist takeaway. It's not anything else. It's from here. Keep this solid. That's what we call having whip into the swing. Get lots of ship into the swing. Let those wrist hinge and from there just rotate that body ever so slightly that is the weight of good takeaway and the good takeaway normally gives you a good downswing good results.
