Quite often we talk about how the golf swing is built with foundations. You know like a house we build the foundations of the house we put the house on top the foundation of the golf swing is going to be getting the feet in the right place. Then directly above the feet the next thing we come to at the knees so it stands to reason that if the knees aren't doing a good job we're going to struggle to produce a good job on top.
You could have the best upper body golf swing in the world but if you need to do in all sorts of funky stuff downstairs you're not going to be a consistent. Let's just consider how those needs are affecting us throughout the entire swing. In the set up position we've got to get the knees right we see golfers who stand to the ball and then lock the knees out that's no good we see golfers who stand for the ball and collapse the knees thats nogood there. So I quite often talk about how we flex the kneess without bend and we flex them.
