Muscles - Golf Lessons & Tips (Video) by Pete Styles

Have you seen the size of the golfers now the tour players the best player in the world massive great big beefcakes of fellas and ladies to be fair to them. You know strong people hitting the golf ball a long way the game is now become a lot about distance. We're playing regularly you know 7000 7000 and a half yard course is not filtering down to club golfers as club golfers are no longer playing 5 eights and 6000 yard courses.

We get pushed back and back and back well over 6 and a half 1000 yards and the game is a lot about distance which therefore means it's all about how far you can hit the ball. Which therefore means it's a lot about the muscles and you see the tour players now they've got muscles on top of muscles they're in the gym when they're on the driving range and that will start to have an impact on the way we start to play the game as well. I think for a lot of golfers they're not necessarily going to run to the gym every time they want to improve their golf they're enjoying they're playing the game out on the golf course on a driving range on a practice ground you might consider about is more fun and also more relevant more important than being in the gym.
