The sport of golf at its core is a target oriented game the same as rifle shooting or archery. Now clearly the game of golf is involved with lots of other different features; bunkers, long grass ponds, putting, and chipping and all that with lots of other stuff. Ultimately it is a target oriented game. We have a target ultimately we want to get the ball into we have to go from the tee into the hole with always all the things in between but when we're standing up to hit a golf ball to perform the skill of producing the best quality golf shots. Aiming should be a massive part of what you think about in your set up process during the swing you don't necessarily have to think about aiming because you've already done it out the stops, but if you don't do it at the start then it's lacking is missing and if you comedown to impact. You might hit fantastic golf shots that go no where near your targets because you missed out the aiming section right at the start. This is what I often see with the golfers they set up the ball never look down and pick a target out there the flag.

They throw the club down drop the feet down and then the rough to think about a swing at my position here get my position here was my glove there in how should I be here. They haven't really taken enough time in that 1st element that 1st process their feet could be aiming in different directions and particularly the club face should be it could be aiming in different directions. So you've got to take real care that the feet the club face the body is all lined up squarely at our intended target be that a fly golf the middle of the green or the middle of the fairway lining the close up behind the back of the ball should be a process we take seriously. Lining the toes of a target should be a process we take seriously checking that the body in the shoulders a square should all take a round about length of time 5, 10, 15 seconds whatever it takes. There's no point rushing that bit because everything else off the bat is irrelevant if that bit is wrong. This is where the Thomas Golf clubs can be really helpful because they have the patent alignment technology on the back of the hybrids the irons the putters the drivers every thing's got the square aligned over the top. So I point that in the direction I want the ball to fly and then I can work on my good alignment with my feet lined up with the club head again on my shoulders up nice and square and then pull the trigger and like I say go through the cool is an alignment sport use something to help your alignment should improve your golf.
