When we talk about the head in relation to the golf swing it's really interesting because a lot of golfers have initially come to a lesson with the concept that they've got to keep their head still. So they stand there and say one thing I'm trying to do is keep my head still my mate keep telling me lifted my head so I'm going to keep my head down and they keep their head down and they miss the ball. Then they can't work out well I kept my head down that's what makes told me I've got to do how come I've missed the ball want to keep my head down.
Well maybe the head down isn't necessarily that important it's not that fundamental to playing good golf. Certainly far more important things I think keeping your head down is often misunderstood as an instruction because the mates just see someone hit a bad shot and they just think well what's the 1st thing that comes to mind well I was always told when I was learning to play the game to keep my head down. So I am just going to pass that information on down to you and tell you to keep your head down not a great piece of information not necessarily something you should look at.
