So the success with your chipping can really be controlled by the quality of you set up at the outset. It's really important when you chip the ball that you hit the ball at the base of the arc so when we swing we want to hit that ball with a slightly descending blow. So from where I am here now on my sternum with all my shirt buttons if I can get my shirt buttons just slightly past that golf ball that's ideal because that's going to encourage me to hit that ball slightly on the descent.
