We know that the definition of being on plane is would be in the club close to the ground which just a fractions inside of the golf ball or the club shaft is parallel to the line drawn down your target. So as we look at Laura right here what we can see is she's on plane at address belt high chest high the top transition impact post impact and follow through. So she does a very very good job of making sure that her club shaft is on plane.

Now remember on plane is a path in which the club travels it is not a position in and of itself does not mean that you have to be perfectly on planeto play perfect golf. It means you need to be manageable so when we look at Laura take a look at these checkpoints if you're going to see those be on plane check points that you need.
