Now spend some time on the range working on my downswing sequencing I am really starting to see the effects of that happening when I hit the golf ball. I am starting to see the golf ball fly further and with a cleaner contact. On a couple of key elements that I've worked on in my sequencing as I'm starting to hit the shots one of the 1st things is going to be my footwork I really want to appreciate that if I've got to the top in a good position my feet are quite stable. So I drive my left hip is my trigger into my downswing my front leg stays nice and still is the right hand of golf the left leg staying still the right leg. So that to be doing quite a lot affectively I should be hitting the golf ball standing on one leg this like just here for support and balance I definitely shouldn't feel flat footed some golfers think that stability comes from not moving the lower half hitting the ball and then following through. If that happens you're not sequencing the downswing correctly you're certainly not triggering the downswing correctly not really heel should be well into the air as you're turning through for a nice aggressive hit of the golf ball.

A couple of other things that you could look at that like say aggressive hit through the ball we don't really want to have any fear as we're hitting the golf ball if as you'll striking the ball you'll fearful of what's going to happen chances are you going to not commit to that ball going to luck commit you going to start to decelerate and pull out of it if you stay out of it. So I'm not sort of asking you to knock 7 shades out of this and really jump in and try to hit as hard as you can what we want to see is a nice committee downswing position so aggressively. Moving the hips across turning 3 and having that big finish. Just one thing you might be careful of is your physical limitations I'm aware that different golf is watching these sorts of videos and you might find that physically you're not as I gyro was dynamic as he used to be and you don't feel like you can really turn through the ball as far as you can and you don't want to copy. So the Rory McIlroy golf swing will just try and do the best you can if you feel that when you move your hips across this why didn't go all the way across. They only go a bit and when you turn through you get a bit off balance and a bit unstable unless his right foot stays down a bit lower. That's fine with what you've got to try and get the best out of your body you can to improve the efficiency of your downswing golf sequencing.
