The posture we establish in a golf swing is really going to influence whether we can make a good swing or not and deftly implements our balance through the swing. When we swing with swinging the club around our body in a circle so the angle we establish with our spine and our legs and hips address really can influence this. If I get too far over the ball and too far from it my shoulders are going to get to steep if I'm stood to up right now I'm going to be swinging too much behind me. So how are we going to get the feel of the correct posture? Well 2 or 3 little images you can have, you can imagine from here one thing is if you observe your belt line on your trousers or you want to do is to tip the belt or the pelvis forward. So the lower the front of my belt is lower than the back here this tilts back pelvis allows me to get my tail out and establish a nice posture.
Then just unlock the legs are so marked as opposed to over flex or sit down people are often told you're sitting oh you're sitting down and then they get their weight too far back. We want our lite flex just my hip socket so through my knees here and my ankles so I'm nicely positioned and alive. If I had to jump over the golf ball I feel like and do it from here so I've tilted forwards and got the correct posture another analogy would be if you were in a bar and again a bar stool is a little too high you're trying to push your backside up here up onto the top of the bar. Still going to give you a nice posture rather than again sitting down slouching once with a established this posture. We can now turn around it that's going to allow us to strike the golf ball correctly because with establishing the correct angles at address and I'm pivoting around them. I'm not bobbing up and down this is going to help the club head accurately find the golf ball so tilt the pelvis unlock the knees feel alive from here in a really good position to make a nice balanced golf swing at it.
