Okay, nice and short to swing this one, left wrist how should look at the top of the back swing? In a nutshell, that’s how it should look at the top of the back swing in the position here; do you see that at an angle? Three positions that you can possibly get in to one is there, two is here and, three is here. So let me put a club in my hand so you can actually see. If I take the clubface back, the perfect swing would be to go back the buckle left hand is now running parallel to the shaft in the clubface. That is square. If I get myself with the wrist in this position, which caught that is an open position and if my left wrist is bold, is closed. So very, very simple, without getting too more technical that’s what you’re looking at the top of the back swing. Left wrist and shaft all parallel to each other that is square.

So that means the court is open and something which is bold is closed. Now you’ve got the information put – go and put into practice and remember when you do this, the best thing to do is trust your swing have a mirror behind you or a camera, take the club back stop and then have a look at your position, don’t try and look as you go by because you’ll end up trying to manipulate the swing.
