Well JD what I tell people to do is take their arms and shove your arms against your body and what you're going to find is when you have that your arms shoved against your body it makes everything work back and through together. So what we're going to do is a little baby shot to have a 7 iron here and we're just going to hit little baby shots shove your arms together 1 2. All I'm trying to do J.D. is I'm trying to hit the ball solid and I'm trying to gain some sort of tempo and feel when everything's working back and forth together I'm really focusing in on trying to make the shots go as straight as possible and I'm trying to hit him as solid as possible.

Once I get into a pretty good rhythm there and I start hit the ball pretty well then I can ramp it up a little bit and hit it just a little bit harder and as I start doing that I'm going to start to feel a little bit better about my timing as the club get longer and as a swings get longer. So remember rhythm and timing comes 1st from you hit the ball solid and hit the ball solid is going to come from connection. So make sure you shove your arms against your body one two get everything going back and everything going through together build your speed back up and that's how you're going to recapture that lost rhythm and lost timing on the golf course or on the practice range.
