To get a really consistent strike on a golf ball, to maintain accuracy and power, we want to make sure you keep really consistent forward bend throughout the swing. The height that the club approaches the ball at must be consistent. And if your height remains consistent with your spine angle, then you’ll find it a lot easier to bring the club back in consistently and hit the side of the ball. So if we looking for this way on, as you address the ball, you will tilt forward with the spine angle and it's now really important that we maintain that spine angle as you swing the club back and as you swing back in hit the ball and as you swing through as well.

A really good tip to be able to do that is if you put the club up a bit across your shoulders, a dress position so you're tilted forward and then as you swing back, work on making sure the club points down at the ball. And then as you swing back in, this will allow you now to keep maintain the forward lean in the spine as you swing back in, make sure the club points back down at the ball again. So you're maintaining that forward lean in the spine. If you maintain the forward lean in your spine, then you’ll maintain a better, a more consistent height for how the club’s approaching the ball. And you’ll get a much more consistent and accurate ball strike.
