Most golfers should be aware whether when they watch the best players in the world on T.V. that you'll often see these players and they will demonstrate superb balance threw the ball. They have really good strong set up balance or turn to the top they never look like they going to fall over and that finish position of the ball lands down there on the green of the fairway is superb balance. now one of the best principles about maintaining some really good balance like that is that helps them get the best contact that they can so they're regularly hitting the sweet spot right out the middle of the club face of their eyes and driver and when you look at the club in the amateur golfer often they're striking is an issue that balance is an issue so what does better ball striking. What is better balance really give us so when we're setting up to the golf ball and we're stable and our balance good at the top really good balance here to a finish the first thing we will get if you will get a more consistent strike on the club face. Trying to dial down that impact location to around about the size of a dime as close as it can be to the sweet spot of the club now having a better sweet spot strike helps us because we have a lot more confidence over the ball and when you look at the best players in the world they look confident don't they they stand over the ball with authority they look at their target they go ahead make their swings and nail it straight down the target line often the club golfer doesn't necessarily do that they look a little bit more shaky as they swing they lose their balance.
They don't strike the ball so well so the confidence is down and also striking the ball in the sweet spot is going to really help us with distance control whenever a golfer hits a shot we're always looking for the ball to go not only towards the target also the right distance towards the target and quite often a club an amateur golfer is missing the length of their shot by going to short generally because the strike isn't good but when they're hitting the middle the ball will go one hundred fifty yards when they hit the time the heel the top the bottom the ball might only go one forty one thirty yards. You therefore bringing in trouble particularly the front of the green ponds and bunkers and slopes when actually you've hit the right club and you've hit it the right amount of power but you mis hit it you miss struck it because the balance in your swing wasn't very good the strike wasn't very good the ball comes up short. So lots of inconsistencies within your game could be down to your balance so if you want to strike the ball more out the middle feel more confident over the golf ball and hit your iron shots exactly the right distance having better balance throughout set up back swing and the follow through could be the fundamental part of your game that's missing.
