A Super Simple Way To Draw The Golf Ball - (Video) Lesson by PGA Pros Pete Styles and Matt Fryer

In this video tip PGA golf professionals Pete Styles and Matt Fryer understand that most golfers seek to draw the golf ball. However, many get bogged down with incorrect understanding or incorrect technique. A super simple way to draw the golf ball is to firstly understand that the swing path must be to the right of the intended target for the right-handed golfer, and the club face must be left of the swing path, again for the right-handed golfer. Therefore, if a golfer can aim the body to the right of the intended target and aim the club face to the left of the body alignment, it is hoped that a neutral swing should from this position create a draw shot.

If we could wave a magic wand over someone's golf game Matt and offer them a particular type of shot most would say I'd like to draw the golf ball. Yes there's a one we all want I think definitely they might have been hitting the golf ball with a fade or a slice for it while it might have been hitting the golf balls straight but I think a lot of golfers appreciate it when they watch golf on T.V. that little right to left that particular high draw is something most want. The physics behind that shots are not necessarily all that complicated but the positions of the golfer have to get into sometimes struggle.

So Matt is hopefully going to show is today a really simple way of trying to get like golf ball to move from right to left. Something that you can take away in practice on the driving range or in your own time and start to see the shape of shots and hopefully bring a long term draw shot into your game. Nice and simple let's keep it that way and I think it just boils down so we're probably going to be doing the opposite of what you're doing at the moment you know if you are a slice or a fader of the golf ball.
