I was thinking the feet are a little bit of a forgotten part of the golf swing. Which is a shame really because the quite important to the golf swing because they are what we stand on. If I say to you I was going to build a house but let's not worry about the foundations you probably think I was mad could have this lovely nice house and it full over the 1st day and the same in the golf swing.
You can have a lovely golf swing here in the upper body is doing a great job but if the feet right the foundations of the house right would not be able to consistently hit that ball and again you might get the odd good shot but as soon as the pressure comes on you are on a slope preflight the out of balance suddenly the game folds down because the foundations of the house weren't built right. Now when we set up the golf ball we have the perfect opportunity to make sure that we've got the foundations of this house right because our feet shouldn't really do too much movement during the swing. It's not like we're playing a different sport where we can move the feet all the time during the swing in golf we set them and we keep them.
