When looking to relax the arm as during the golf swing, one area that a lot of people don’t focus on is the forearms. Now it may seem slightly counterintuitive because the main aspect where you should be focusing on is the grip. However, your forearms do play a major role in propelling the ball to distances that you want. There is no surprise a lot of the biggest hits in golf, your pull cases for example have absolutely gigantic forearms, they are very powerful and very useful muscles to use when hitting the shot.

This is one his best tips that he has done and obviously you see any one of the smoothest swinger in the game of golf. When he was feeling a little bit nervous, when we wanted to try and relax his arms down, he told a very simple routine, he just had a little bit of a shake of the hands, more of a mental exercise just to try and feel that the hands were nice and loose. But when we actually gripped the club, his focus was not on a soft grip it was on a very, very relaxed forearm. So he used to grip the club, let it hang and keep the forearms super, super soft. It’s very hard to tense the forearms up and not tense the grip and this is the beauty of it. It keeps a relaxed grip by relaxing somewhere later of the chain with the forearms and using a nice forearm relaxed position it does very, very similar things to having a nice relaxed grip, it keeps the arms nice and soft, keeps them nice and passive and it allows you to move them through the shot much, much quicker.
