We spoke about keeping the grip relaxed. We spoke about keeping the forearms relaxed. We’ve spoken about how to let the arms hang very naturally. There is all in an effort to keep the golf swing nice and relaxed, but you can also backward change this, you can think about the golf swing itself being a very relaxed, a very lazy motion.

And now we will feed down to the arms to keep them relaxed as a result. Now there is many different feelings that you can use for this. There is many different drills that you can use for this. The best one by far is just to use the long and lazy drill. Now a long and lazy drill is very simple. You might get a few stares if you start hey and show us this in the golf court, but as is taking the club, you should just keeping the hands nice and relaxed to begin with, swinging the club back a long way, letting those wrist breakdown, so it’s a real over break of the wrist, a real long back swing and then move through with the same type of language motion. So long back swing, a long through swing, almost maybe we can call them the gumby swing pretty much as it is pretty much nail bumping. We are keeping that that swing nice and relaxed, nice and smooth, nice and long and languid, using this drill so super soft with the hands really relaxed with the swing back, really relaxed with the swing through it allows the body just to settle down. You are not going to be able to hit the ball very far because you are not going to be able to move the golf through with much pace. The relaxing down like that will channel that energy down to the arms and keep them relaxed as well.
