The hip action in golf similar to the hip action when you're on the dance floor is particularly important to making sure your action looks good. When we're playing golf we've got to make sure the hips are moving the right way at the right time during the swing. It's not a case of simply saying to somebody don't move your hips is not a simply cases saying move your hips has loads and loads the hip action has to be used in the right fashion.
So from the address position when we set up to the golf ball it's important the hips are square. So the hips are going to follow the timeline the toes pointing at my target the hips pointing at my target trying to get too much twist or too much bend. Now you won't get too much twist or too much band unless your knees are in the wrong place so just focus on your knees been relaxed and straight and going to be fine. If the knees you know are one straight one bent one straight one bang your hips are in the wrong place so nice and square with the hips set up.
