Hopefully you now feel that if you followed those previous videos your maintaining much better spine angle your understating how important it is and your ball striking should be improving to go with that. A couple of other points we could look at is making sure that it is applicable to your short game as well both chipping and putting. So putting 1st we want to make sure the spine angle stays there very smooth rocking back and rocking through not having the spine angle jumping around. Particularly looking up to see where the ball goes is a bit of a problem for some people put saying they stand up to see how it goes can cause problems more. So in the chipping in the pitching those problems with the striking topping it in fighting the ball you can be quite critical to the results of your chip shots. So we know that's a chip this ball well we've got to just get the club to come in and nip the back of the ball with a really nice contact points.
If I make a good set up and I dip my left shoulder my spine angle gets too steep and the club just don't go into the top of a shoot it into the ground before it gets to the golf ball shots and not hitting the ball full distance. Likewise the opposite of that is a good set up a little back swing look up to see where I've hit the ball a spine angle jumps up I could top the ball with that as well. So working on the spine angle in your short game is super important just feel like you stay nice and low and steady with your spine angle not jumping up and down too much or there are ways to might consider with your spine and really having good flexibility will help particularly in the lower back glutes and hamstrings. We often see golfers who are quite tight in the hamstrings are going to find it quite difficult to tilt forwards as we all head they're going to want to try and stand up in the downswing that standing up motion is because they're tight in the hamstrings and physically they find it difficult to do that. One last point you try not to be too robotic nice turning back and through but not getting too wooden into staff work on those elements that should help improve your ball striking back swing and the spine angle.
