As already mentioned, the loading of the golf backswing is a sequence of movements; it's not just one simple movement which will get you up into that position. Now, the first thing to do is get yourself in a nice solid setup. To have a powerful golf swing you need a powerful setup position, and that means having a stance which is wide enough to accommodate a powerful swing with my drive here, my feet are just going to be over shoulder with the par, my posture is going to be tilted over the ball, my spine angle is going to be nice and straight. Now that's got me set up into a power position and a braced position from which to swing. As I take the club away the first movement in the sequence of getting the backswing loaded up is to move the hands and the arm away from the ball, and to really stretch them out to a nice wide backswing position.

Now you can see here, as the club move back and as the arms stretch out, my shoulders begin to rotate. Now they rotate into a position where I can continue to turn and get that left shoulder moving underneath the chin. Once that's set into motion you should be able to turn and rotate back as much as you physically can. So it's that sequence of club, hands, arms, shoulders, all moving away over to a nice wide position. However that's only part of the process. One of the most important things about loading up is the right knee and right-hand side. So as that club is moving away, as you're getting into that nice wide position, you want to be feeling like that right knee is staying flexed, but you're moving your weight into it. So it's a nice stretch away, nice amount of width, and you're moving the weight into the right knee. From that position you're braced, you've turned, and you've got the backswing sequence correct. Once you're in that backswing position you are loaded up behind the ball, you are then ready to move down into impact. Now obviously that's a lot of different movement into one feeling. So break then down, work on them individually. You won't get this straightaway. It will take a little bit of individual practice. However, once you're there and once you're at the top of the backswing and you're fully loaded then you're going to be able to hit some very, very big golf shots.
