Okay, what we are going to talk about here is using an impact bag and how we actually can work it to improve the resistance. When the club is over the golf ball and you set yourself up, we can see that hands are in front of the club. I mean ideally when we swing that club back and forward, we want to return it, back into that position. And by having the hands forward, just the way we started, that's going to enable us to actually hit down and through. But unfortunately, time and time again, the vast majority of golfers kind of come off the path, the wheels kind of come off the wagon. They set up lovely, they swing the club back and as they come down more, right here, they basically have an early release or they throw the club over the top.

So this is all about resistance and the impact, seeing against a solid left side. So here is the setup and we want you now to encourage you to come back into that area here with your hands forward. So, we are going to use the impact bag and what I am going to do is we are going to put the impact bag on its side. And the best way of actually getting this feeling, and that's what it's all about now, it's all about the feeling. It is I want you to set yourself up and what we want to do is we want to knock this bag just gently over, but not by kind of coming in with the club here. But by encouraging this part of the shaft here to actually hit the top half of the bag. Because by doing that, that would mean that I have come in and as you can see here, in that position, if I go through there, that club has hit to bag over and my hands are forward and that lovely extension. So imagine that to sort of normal sort of speed, that was in slow motion. And if I can just set myself back up again, so I'm trying to get that club back and then come forward. And you can see there, it's encouraging the resistance, I've got my hands forward, I have got this lovely extension from the clubhead running all the way up the club, up my hand, up my arm, up my shoulder and the whole thing there is returning it back. And you get that feeling of where you should have the impact. So an impact bag is really a great aid. It's really a good training aid to actually get yourself into this position, because again you can't see yourself but this is a good thing. And remember as I come into it, it is the shaft here, see where I am coming in, the hands are forward is an exaggeration and it's knocking over the bag. So great training aid and if you want to get yourself into this position, get yourself one of these bags and concentrate on hitting into the position there with this part of the club, not with the clubhead. Good resistance, good feel and most importantly what a great position to get into.
