Another common mistake you see people make out of bunkers is not checking the landing point of where they want the ball to actually pitch. Now when you're coming out of the bunker you have some control over the amount of spin that is produced is not as accurate as it would be if you're playing off a nice clean fairway lie where the strike is consistent every time, but you still have the option to control what you do if the lie is OK.
