19 year old In Gee Chun make a debut season on the LPGA Tour last year with the best finish of tied second. She has a fantastic technical swing at only 19 years old there is a lot expected of this young golfer. One of the best technical aspect of her swing is the connection between her hands and her arms and the body and maintaining the triangle which is created by the shoulders and the arms throughout the downswing and throughout the through swing.

Now the triangle which is created between the hands and the arms is noticeable here at address with the left arm, the shoulders and the right arm down into the grip. Now what happens is the club moves away that triangle maintains up until about this point here where the wrist bends the actual right arm connects to the side. But as it comes through impact that triangle it should be kind of be replicated actually at the point of impact and as the shoulders move through if that triangle can be maintained through impact then there is a lot of consistency in the offing and that is what she does very, very well. Through impact, it’s extending that triangle down towards the ball. Now to practice that you can just hit little kind of punchy practice shots where you swing back and then hold that position through the ball. And if you can hold that position through the ball you are going to have a little of the extension the clubface is also going to be nice and square and you should see a lot of consistency return to those iron shots.
