Sleek blade putter has new insert: The Ghost Tour Black Indy has joined the new range of racing circuit inspired TaylorMade putters. The all black blade headed putter is covered in matte PVD to minimise any glare and reflection from the head. Like all of the Ghost tour putters the Indy has a loft of 3° and an angle of lie of 70° with a toe hang equal to 60°. The shafts come in standard 33, 34 and 35 inches in right handed configurations only. The 304 stainless steel head weighs 355 grams that is heavier than many other blade putters and coupled with the new 13 gram precision milled 6061 aluminium insert makes this a great addition to the TaylorMade range. The new aluminium insert replaces the old Surlyn PureRoll and gives enhanced feel and sound. The shaft is three quarters off-set and there is a short slant neck from the head to the shaft. The sole of the putter has a chequered flag design near the toe of the putter to enhance the racing circuit look of the clubs. The new blade insert enhances the roll of the ball and limits any skidding of the ball off the putter.
Perpendicular to the blade shaped head is a contrasting white line that aids in alignment of the ball to the pin. This line is evident when you are standing over the ball and ready to putt. A smooth and controlled follow through from the heavier weighted head will see you sinking more putts with greater confidence. All clubs come with the Golf Pride pistol grip but can be customised with any other TaylorMade grip, SuperStroke grip or Iomic Grip. These putters will give your game new confidence and your golf game will be more enjoyable as your confidence in putting grows.
