The Srixon Z 765 irons are retailing for $824.99-$1099.99 (MSRP) and they’re built with skilled players in mind looking for exceptional control and a traditional profile in a muscle-cavity design. Without exaggerating, I’d say that the Srixon Z 765 irons are maybe the best pieces of golf gear available on the market, especially if you’re a better player, looking awesome and feeling great, offering unparalleled distance and exceptional forgiveness compared to similar irons obviously. If you can live with the hefty price tag, the Srixon Z 765 are an excellent choice, marking an incremental evolution vs the previous generation. Together with being some of the best designed pieces of golf gear out there, they also hit all the notes that any better player wants in a high-end iron: at address, the Srixon Z 765 look incredible, with their thin soles, thin top lines, very minimal offset and their compact/modest size, being truly what you’d expect from a top of the line product. Not to mention that in the bag, the Srixon Z 765 look even better, as they feature an old school-minimalist chrome and black colorway, with a clean and simple branding.

These beauties look timeless and they play even better! In terms of built, the company used the soft 1020 carbon steel and a new tempering process in order to create that soft feel better players languish for. As a consequence, the Srixon Z 765 offer excellent feedback and on pure strikes you’ll be rewarded with a buttery soft feeling. As per mishits, the smaller ones feel a tad firmer whilst epic fails will let you know pretty bluntly that you should try better next time. The Srixon Z 765’s performance characteristics can be described as strong ball flight, good forgiveness, near perfect shot control and distance. If you’re a high end player looking for the best of the best, the Srixon Z 765 are very easy to recommend.
