Summer is Here and Your Kids Can Play For Free on Myrtle Beach Golf Courses!

No, this is not fake news or the Onion, but arguably the best golf-related news you’ll read all week: if you want your kids to learn (or practice) the noble game of golf, with the summer upon us and all that, well, they can now play for free on the Myrtle Beach golf community’s 50+ courses. You know that saying, school’s out for summer, right? So, if you’re a kid lucky enough to live in North America, you should learn that there are over 50 Grand Strand courses waiting for you, which allow you to play for free if you’re accompanied by a paying adult.

So, now you have an extra reason to pack your golf gear along with your surfboard and sunscreen when you’re preparing to pay a visit to the nearest beach, right? What we’re dealing with here is the Kids Play Free program, which is going to be in full swing throughout the year. The Myrtle Beach community is expecting to see a dramatic increase in junior golfers in 2019, especially during the summer months, when every red-blooded American family is expected to flock to the beach. Here’s the CEO of Golf Tourism Solutions Bill Golden describing the philosophy behind the Kids Play Free program:

Summer is Here and Your Kids Can Play For Free on Myrtle Beach Golf Courses!

“Kids Play Free is a 12-month program that allows families to spend vacation time on the golf course, creating memories that last a lifetime. The Kids Play Free program is one of our most rewarding initiatives because it enhances the vacation experience, and it introduces golf’s next generation of players to Myrtle Beach.”

Among the 50+ golf courses which are partners in the Kids Play Free program we must mention some of the most interesting, which include Tidewater Golf Club, Barefoot Resort, Heritage Club and King’s North at Myrtle Beach.
