Bettinardi Launches Limited-Edition Queen B Putter

If you’re thinking short game excellence, the name Bettinardi comes to mind, as the company’s name is quasi-synonymous with premium putters. Which brings us to today’s story: Bettinardi launched recently a limited edition Queen B 6 SBS putter, which does nothing to dispel that notion. To be more precise, the SBS thing stands for Slotback Slant, as it’s built with an interesting 1-piece milled slant neck on the body, which features a little cutout milled into the flange. If you are wondering, the flange is specially designed to improve alignment visuals.

According to Bettinardi, the new Queen B 6 SBS putter is milled from high-quality soft carbon steel, and it's specially crafted to lure golfers looking for less offset and more toe hang in the company's range of wide-body putter head shapes. And that's probably why the Queen B 6 SBS putter is a niche product, or a limited run of sorts, being more of a specialty putter aimed at the brand’s aficionados looking for something special to add to their golf-gear paraphernalia. The new putter also comes with Bettinardi’s iconic Micro Honeycomb face milling, which confers it a classic look at address as well as a firmer feel at ball impact. And speaking of look at address, the putter features a somber Black PVD finish, which is also glare resistant.
