Bag Boy Announces Innovative Shield Bag

Bag Boy is a company founded way back in 1946 and since then, it became famous for the quality and durability of its products. Also, Bag Boy has a reputation for producing innovative and well-designed golf bags, and, speaking of golf bags, today we've just found out about their latest product: the brand new Shield bag. To be more precise, it's a Shield cart bag, and the most interesting thing about the Shield is arguably its out-of-the-box (pun intended) and unique hard shell, hence its name. Basically, the Shield cart bag makes for a modern design twist of the classic cart bag, as it's built from a tough ABS plastic which emphasizes its sleek and classic design, from top to bottom.

Besides its awesome looks, the Shield cart bag is indeed practical on the golf course, and its tough plastic shell works as an armor of sorts for protecting your gear inside the bag. According to Product Manager at Bag Boy Pat Gallagher:

“The Shield bag will catch your eye because of its ABS shell. Once you learn that the bag is not only alluring but also sensible, it makes the decision to replace your old bag with it that much easier.”

This cool looking bag from Bag Boy comes with a 14-way organizer top, featuring full-length individual dividers which are designed to keep your golf clubs separate, so they don't get scratched or dented as they scrape and bang against each other. In terms of storage space, the Shield bag has it covered, as it offers no less than ten pockets, which are spacious and well designed, to keep all your golf gear intact. Besides a special oversized putter well, the Shield cart back offers a soft-grip, rubberized lift-assist handles, which is cleverly integrated into the top. However, despite its generous storage space and size, the Shield cart bag weighs just 5.5 pounds, all accessories considered, and it's offered in different and rather unique colorways, including a patriotic American flag, as well as carbon fiber print and camouflage. The Shield cart bag was released just a few days ago, earlier in December, and it retails for $219,95 MSRP.
